- Click Forwarding menu.
- Click Consol Entry.
- Enter the Consol No and click Submit button.
- Click the mentioned Consol No.
- Click the Organization/Information tab.
- Click Edit icon in the origin agent organization.
- Select the?Organization Name from the list.
- Click the Save button.
- Finally, the user will update the origin agent.
