- Navigate to Forwarding.
- Click on Consol Entry.
- The Consol List page will open.
- Key in the required number in Consol No. field and click on Submit?button.
- Click the edit icon in the resulting consol.
- The Consol view page will open.
- Click on Proration/Deferred A/C? tab.
- Here user can find the Prorate Status as Completed.
- Click on Cancel Prorate button.
- Now the Consol prorate is Cancelled and user can see the Prorate Status as Pending.
