- Navigate to?Forwarding.
- Click on?Consol Entry.
- The Consol List page will open.
- Key in the required number in?Consol No.?field and click on?Submit?button.
- Click the edit icon in the resulting consol.
- The Consol view page will open.
- Click on Change Status button.
- The Change status page will open.
- Select the New Status as Cancelled and click on Change Status button.
- Finally, the user can change the consol status to Cancelled.
(Note : If a shipement is attached to the consol, detach the shipment and then proceed to change status.)
