• Navigate to?Forwarding.
  • Click on?Consol Entry.

  • The Consol List page will open.
  • Key in the required number in?Consol No.?field and click on?Submit?button.
  • Click the edit icon in the resulting consol.

  • The Consol view page will open.
  • Click on Change Status button.
  • The Change status page will open.
  • Select the New Status as Cancelled and click on Change Status button.

  • Finally, the user can change the consol status to Cancelled.

(Note : If a shipement is attached to the consol, detach the shipment and then proceed to change status.)
