• Click Forwarding Menu.
  • Select Shipment Entry.

  • The Shipment List page will open.
  • Enter the Shipment No and click Submit button.
  • Click the Shipment No searched for.

  • The Shipment View page will open.
  • Click the Change Status button in shipment view.

  • The Change Status page will open.
  • Select the New Status (Cancelled) from the list.
  • Click Change Status button.

  • Finally, the user will cancel the shipment.
