- Click Forwarding Menu.
- Select Shipment Entry.
- The Shipment List page will open.
- Enter the Shipment No and click Submit button.
- Click the Shipment No searched for.
- The Shipment View page will open.
- Click the Change Status button in shipment view.
- The Change Status page will open.
- Select the New Status (Cancelled) from the list.
- Click Change Status button.
- Finally, the user will cancel the shipment.
