- When user click on CFS Charges button, the get auto rating charges page will open with the charges available in storage masters.
- Some times user may find one or more charges missing in auto rating screen but available in masters.

- In this case, the Storage charges is not able to pull in auto rating screen but available in Storage Slab Charges.
- Let us see what are the points to be checked to pull charge into shipment from masters.

- Firstly check if the charge is available and Active in the Storage Slab Charges with correct CFS Name and Department.
- Check the Effective Date and Expiry Date.
- In this case, the Expiry date is 01-MAR-20 which is expired as of today (06-JUL-20).

- So now let us change/extend the Expiry Date and check the auto rating in shipment.
- In some case we may succeed getting the charge in auto rating charges screen with this check.

- Expiry Date extended to 01-JAN-21 but still Storage charge not able to pull in auto rating screen.

- What next if still charges not able to pull from masters, let us check below.
- Check for the From and To slab days count with reference to the Unpack Date and Delivery Date.

- Let us extend the To slab days count and check the CFS charges.

- Now the user can pull the Storage Charge from the masters into the respective shipment.

- Hope you got an idea on how to pull missing CFS charges into shipment.
NOTE : The charge may not pull up in auto rating charges screen, if the same charge is already available in the shipment charges.
