Step1: Login to EFM Application.
Step 2: Go to the Masters Module and click the Service Level in the Other Masters Module.
Step3: Click the Create New option.
Step 4: Enter the Name and Code in Service level Entry and then click the save Button.
Step 5: After the submission, the Service Level List will be visible.
Finally, the user will be able to see the Service Level List in the Master Module in EFM Application.
