Step1: Login to EFM Application and go to the Sales Module.
Step2: Select the Call Tracking button.
Step 3: Here, We can search old tracking by selecting salesperson, now click on create a new option.
Step 4: Select organization and fill in all the required details and call type then save the details.
Step5: Now, the call tracking is created and saved in the record.
Step6: We can download the report by the option downloads button.
