Lets say we have used some filters as per our requirement and we want to save this as a seperate report so that we can use the same settings later, we can do that in the system.

Let us now see how to save a custom report.

  • Navigate to Actions.
  • Click on Report –> Save Report.
  • The Save Report page will open.
  • Key in the Name and Description.
  • Click on Apply button.
  • Now user can see the report saved with the given name with given conditions.
  • User can switch between Default Report and Private (Saved) Report anytime as shown in the below screenshot.
  • To download the report, click on Actions ?> Download ?> CSV or XLSX.
