Step 1: Login to EFM Application and go to the Forwarding Module.
Step 2: Select the Shipment entry in the module.
Step 3: Click on the Options button on the shipment list page.
Step 4: Click on the Customer and select the respective Customer name and click on submit.
Step 5: Now, We can find the shipments with the selected customer name.
