Let us take a sample report and see how to use Group By option in report results based on user requirement.
- Navigate to Actions.
- Click on Group By option.
- The Group By page will open.
- Choose the Group By Column, Function, Column, Label, Format Mask from the list.
- Click on Apply button.
- The results are sorted based on the given Group By condition.
- The same way user can add multiple fields in Group By Columns based on requirement.
