Let us see what to do when user want to close the consol but there is no option available to enter and Close date and Close remarks and close the consol.
Firstly user has to clear the Consol Close check list points.
For the “No sale and No cost” message user has to disable Cost Checking in the shipment. Let us see how to do that.
- Navigate to the respective Shipment View page.
- Click on edit button.
- The Shipment Entry page will open.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can see Cost Checking Required is ticked (Enabled).
- Click on?Disabled?button.
- Now the Cost Checking Required is unticked (Disabled).
- Now go to the Consol View page and click on Consol Close button.
- User can now get the Consol Close option in Consol Close Entry page.
