Step 1: Login to EFM Application and Go to the Accounts Module.
Step 2: Select the Voucher List from the Accounts Module.
Step 3: Select the Voucher Type as JOURNAL Voucher and enter the Voucher No and click the submit button.
Step 4: After submission, click the above-mentioned Voucher.
Step 5: Click the Edit option at top of the JOURNAL Voucher page.
Step 6: Click the Update Description button from the JOURNAL Voucher edit page.
Step 7: Enter the From Desc and To Decs what you need to change and then click the Update button, then save the changes.
Step 8: Finally, the user will be able to see the Updated Description details on the JOURNAL Voucher page.
